Course Cancellation Policy
Introduction
The Academy of Certified Human Resource Professionals (ACHRP) is committed to providing high-quality training opportunities to our clients. To ensure fairness and consistency, we have established the following Course Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation by ACHRP
1.Minimum Enrollment: ACHRP reserves the right to cancel any course that does not meet the minimum enrollment requirements. Participants will be notified of the cancellation at least 10 business days before the course start date.
2.Unexpected Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, instructor unavailability), ACHRP may cancel or reschedule a course. Students will be notified as soon as possible.
Student Cancellation
- Notification: Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment must notify ACHRP in writing via email or through the student portal.
- Course Transfers: Participants may transfer their enrollment to a future course of the same value without penalty if the request is made at least 7 business days before the course start date. Transfers requested less than 7 business days before the course start date may incur an administrative fee.
- Refund Policy:
- Full Refund: Participants who cancel at least 15 business days before the course start date will receive a full refund of the course fee.
- Partial Refund: Participants who cancel between 14 and 7 business days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.
- No Refund: Participants who cancel less than 7 business days before the course start date or do not attend the course will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of the cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Course Transfers Process
- Course Transfers must be communicated through email admin@achrp.org.
- For self sponsored participants, communication must be done by the participant
- For organization sponsored participants, course transfer must be communicated by the employer through the designated person who signed the Nomination Form.

Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure its effectiveness and fairness. ACHRP reserves the right to make changes to this policy as needed.
