Course Overview
High performance is not achieved by a single leader, but by a pervasive culture. In this final session, we synthesize all previous modules into a unified leadership philosophy. Participants will explore how to embed coaching into the DNA of their teams, ensuring that feedback and development are constant and collaborative. The session culminates in a high-pressure capstone simulation, where participants must demonstrate their mastery of coaching under realistic organizational conditions.
