it was quite insightful i learnt about the components of objective story telling that data should be accurate,relevant,clear with narrative flow.i learnt also about the common mistakes in data story telling of data overload,poor data quality with no context,poor design and ignoring the audience.additionally i learnt how to improve story telling by making simplified reports,relevant metrics,visual consistency,board engagement and accurate information while delivering information to the board members.i also learned about board reporting techniques,types of board report,communication skills,common mistakes in reporting,effective board reporting techniques ,reporting format and best practices for reporting.
