The training very impactful and personally i learnt the procedure of human resource auditing, various types and why HR auditing is needed in the organization. The facilitator demonstrated strong knowledge of the subject and encouraged participation, which helped create an interactive learning environment. However, the training could be improved by allowing more time for hands-on activities and questions, as some sections felt slightly rushed.
