I particularly appreciated the clarity around HR’s strategic positioning at board level and the emphasis on accountability, oversight, and value creation. The discussions were engaging and thought-provoking. However, given the depth and importance of the subject, I would recommend expanding it into a full-day or multi-day workshop. This would allow for deeper exploration of case studies, practical simulations, and more interactive board-level scenario analysis. Overall, it was a valuable and impactful session.
