This course is very insightful , i learned about how important couching mind set is in an organization . Coaching Mindset enhances staff engagement, improves performances,collaboration amongst employees,enhancement of staff retention and reinforcement of organizational culture for the success of the organization. also performance cycle in an organizationbegins with panning,monitoring,feed back from employees,,development of employees through training to support skills to help the organization,review of the performances and recognition of achievements through rewards for positive growth. I also understood the goal setting step of setting goals by giving clear direction,identification of priorities of the organization intended for performance direction and ownership.
