The Training program was exceptionally practical and relevant. The course was well-paced and clearly structured providing excellent, real-case examples on matters labour laws and employee relations which I can apply while undertaking my roles.
The trainer was very well informed, incredibly engaging and used current cases in the labour courts to demonstrate the concepts further. I liked the way he brought in the current legal updates and provided references, I really enjoyed the concept.
The learning environment was also very welcoming only that the initial room which was later changed could not accommodate all the members.
I would highly recommend the training to the Management in my organisation which would greatly help build institutional capacity for resolving complex workplace disputes efficiently as well as align internal disciplinary procedures with current judicial precedents.
