This six-day physical workshop equips HR professionals with practical mastery of Kenya’s Labour Law. Participants work through employment contracts, statutory rights, fair labour practices, and lawful termination processes using real workplace scenarios. The training strengthens legal judgement, documentation standards, and compliance capability through hands-on case analysis and ELRC guidance.
