Excellent training emphasing on the 4 perspectives critical to driving execution of business and eventual departmental objectives. The system allows development of key measures and deliverables that are aligned from the company /strategic level, to departmental teams and individual KPI's through clear cascade process and accountabilities.

Overall the training was Very Good / Excellent
Overall Experience:
My overall experience with the training was very good. The content and coaching were valuable and well-delivered.
Areas for Improvement The organizers should improve on sharing the training link in good time, rather than having participants to follow up for the link at the last minute.

Coaching Models & Appraisal Conversations
RM
Rael, K.
On this topic, I totally learned new concepts: There are 3 main coaching models. 1. GROW model- which is an acronym of Goal, Reality, Options, and Will. 2. CLEAR model- it talks about contracting, listening, exploring, action and review 3. OSKAR model- it stands for outcome, scaling, know-how, affirm, action, and review. In developing action plans, set SMART goals, define support needs, assign responsibilities, establish timelines, monitor progress regularly, and document agreements

Goal Setting & Performance Planning
RM
Rael, K.
The topic Goal setting and performance planning were well taught. I learnt a lot. The takeaway was that the goals that employees set in organizations should be SMART- specific, measurable, Achievable, relevant, and time-bound. The KPI- Key Performance Indicators need to be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound, and actionable

Foundations of Performance Coaching
RM
Rael, K.
Under the topic, Foundation of performance coaching, i leant that couching helps find solutions rather than doing work yourself. it motivates as it inspires confidence and belief in employees' abilities consistently; it provides feedback, it identifies obstacles, and help overcome them. it shows good behavior and work ethics for everyone and it encourages ownership of tasks and independent decision making regularly

Advanced HR Analytics & Risk Mitigation
RM
Rael, K.
I learned a lot, not limited to types of risks; They included: 1. compliance risk that involves violation of labour laws, regulations, or internal human resource policies; 2. Operational risk, which includes errors in Human Resource processes; 3. Talent risk, where we may have few talented employees, skills gaps, and employee turnover, which affect service delivery in an organization, engagement risks, technology risks, and strategic risks, among others.
