The trainer was well versed with the content and was an expert in the field and a practicing counsellor. She was able to take us through real experiences and how to navigate the challenges that can be faced when setting up a counseling department or service within the organization. We also appreciated the need for counseling and wellness in the organization as it promotes staff wellness and improves productivity. The training venue was ok and accommodated our various needs and requests. The training should be widely advertised in order for there to be a larger participation.
